FULLER received a sentence of 90 days in jail and was fined $133.
LITTLE and CORHELL were given six month jail sentences suspended
for two years and fined 3133 each.
Inmediately following the March 19, 1973, trial, LARRY
LITTLE held a press conference and stated that none of the Panther

were admitting guilt in this matter. He stated lack of faith
in the judiciary system caused them to plead no contest to the UV
charges.

Three Winston-Salem, North Carolina, BPP members remain
in Oakland, California, aiding the BPP political campaign in that
city. Sources report that these three will probably return to
Winston-Salem, North Carolina, following the April 17, 1973, WJ
Oakland City elections.
Aside from the above trial and selling of the Black
Three BPP members at Iligh Point, North Carolina, also
known as the “Iligh Point Threc", are in jail in North Carolina
serving a 7 to 10 year sentence resulting from a conviction on)
