Reference is‘made to my memorandum earlier today Mlle concerning the desire of Mr. Mullen of the Department to display a Gandy ——____— .16 mm film of Bishop Bheen's broadcast wherein he traced the Mstory Mullen was arranging to have Mr. Tompkins of the Department and those of the Internal Security Division of the Department see the film. I told him I would let him know on the availability of Classroom #1. Classroom #1 is available all day tomorrow. Mullen would like to have the film shown at 3:00 p.m. Accordingly, we have made arrangements for an operator from the Photo Lab to show this film at $:00 p.m., Thursday afternoon, March 8, 1956. The film lasts 28 minutes. Mullen will send the film to my office in the morning in order that we may have the Bureau film operator check it prior to the showing. The Training and Inspection Division will see that the classroom is in tiptop, presentable order. — ; _ Mr. Mullen thought possibly some of our own people in the ‘Bureau from the Domestic Intelligence Division and other spots about the Bureau might be interested in seeing the film and invites them to come on , up to Classroom #1 at $:00 p.m. Mullen inquired as to how many the room 70 or so from the Department and he was told this was satisfactory. I doubt! . would hold and was told about 90 or 100. He stated he would expect to have i if we will have more than 20 from the Bureau who would go so there would be adequate room.
