He was advised of the official identity of the interviewing Agent and told that he was being interviewed - about a possible violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act by William A. (Billy) Carter, III. Mr. Wise voluntarily. furnished the following information: — Re reviewed his telephone log, listing calls he received at the White House, for the period October 1, 1978, through January 11, 1979.
