He stated that when the saddle was eventually
located by air freight service, he is quite sure that it
was turned over to United States Customs. He advised that
to his knowledge there was no handling of the saddle at
HIA and that it would have come through Dulles in Washington,
D.C. He added that he does not know if the saddle even came
into Atlanta, but that if it did, it was merely turned around
and returned to Dulles Airport for Customs.
