In the hope that by close supervision and assistance, the efforts of the Basques could be erystalized, continued efforts wera made and continue to be made to correct the failings of the Basque Intelligence Organization, ; Constant suggestions have been made by this Office, persuasion arn methods used, and various conferences held in an effort to coordinate ——— the efforts of and instill a desire in the various members of the Basque Group to perform the necessary work.
