We have not fixed limits or restrictions to our collaboration with this S.C. (Legal Attache) because of difficultie or such reasons. It has been necessary to use patience and prudence end to proceed gradually, but without slackening or interrupting, looking after the whole extent of possible objectives according to instructions, and locking towards the future with the realization that our Service is not a short-lived flower but. rather has a mission to perform in the near future.
