Reference is made to the Bureau's letter of May 3, 1944
regarding this organization and an agreement arrived at in the
United States for its use by the Bureau in Latin America. In
accordance with instructions therein, I contacted JOSE-MARI4 DE
LASARTE, representative in Argentina, and handed to him the two
letters from Basque neorents which were forwarded to
