Argentina in the event of a break of relations between that country and the United States of America. Mr. TRALA ._ stated that he felt there wore many Basques presently in Chile who could very . easily be used as couriers between Chile and Argentina. He advised that many of the Basques in Chile had Chilean citizenship which entitled them to freedom of movement between Chile and Argentina with little or no immigra- tion requirements needed.
