which is either a fingerprint or a palm print, of value vere
developed on five of the photographs. No latent prints of velue
were developed on 996.
Four of rprintse, which were developed
on a photograph of Q98, hevé been identified as
finger impressions of Wayne Bertram Williams, FBI £¢847900P9.
The remaining latent prints are not the finger or
palm prints of Williams, These latent prints were compared,
nsofer a8 possible, with the available prints of the victins in
this case, but no identification was effected.
The specimens are enclosed.
