CIC Memorandum from W. F. Cronin to Mr. Kelieher Re: WAYNE BERTRAM WILLIAMS ATRKID MAJOR CASE NUMBER 30 KIDNAPPING OO: ATLANTA Bufile 7-18251 both inside and around WILLIAMS' home, and fiber samples from four automobiles that WILLIAMS had access to during the almost two year period in which the killings were being committed. Vacuum sweepings from WILLIAMS' home, clothing and automobiles have also been obtained and examined. Upon arriving in Atlanta, SA | | determined that very little new information or additional associations between WILLIAMS and the victims had been found other than the preliminary findings previously mentioned. the fibrous evidence from the Payne and Cater cases, SA selected a number of the other cases to examine completely an attempt to find as many associations between WILLIAMS 1, the ATKID victims as possible.
