On site, no activity. 10:00 A.M. Homer Williams (H.W.) leaves residence driving a green Dodge Polara, Georgia license LFL-457, accompanied by wife. Prior to leaving, H.W. called an Atlanta Police Department uniformed officer to check the trunk. 11:56 A.M. H.W. and wife return to residence. 1:02 P.M. H.W. leaves in white station wagon. 1:07 P.M, H.W. returns. 1:24 P.M. H.W. leaves in green Polara refusing to allow Atlanta Police Department to look in trunk. Lb Special Agent swansea followed H.W. at 60 and aa 80 miles per h rou 25 miles per hour speed zones in the West End section of Atlanta; H.W. ignored stop signs and stop lights 1:30 P.M. H.W. parks the Polara at 836 Gordon Street and leaves the automobile 1:40 P.M. H.W. returns to automobile and again drives at excessive speeds in a careless manner through the West End. 1:52 P.M.
