However, due to the fact that most of the drivers are logged in and out and that a mi ecord is maintained with regards to each vehicle, stated that the prob. of this occurrence was quite remote. Additionally, Mig states that his records indicated that one over-the-road truck had been in operation during the hours of 11:00 P.M. through 6:00 A.M. during May 21 - 22, 1981.
