He was located in his vehicle on the south end of the bridge, just south of a liguor care il rking 1 the west side of Georgia 280. He heard call Ghiis on the radio and ask if there was a car $s kee ° ridge as he had just heard a loud splash and had seen car lights stopped on the bridge. Stated that at that time, he observed a a white station wagon exit the south end of the bridge, proceed IC slowly through the liquor store parking lot and then proceed back across the bridge towards Interstate 285 (I-285). WD ste he saw no other cars on the bridge and that ad been three to sev inutes since he had last seen a car on the bridge.
