At that time, GBI and Federal Bureau of Inv tion (FBI) Agents arrived at the scene, at whi released control of the crime scene to Lieutenant and the Crime Laboratory people. , ES ct ates that he was remaining in the area to observe be. and assist in crowd control. stated that he proceeded to the road block | that was established by the Fulton County Sherifi's Office at the intersection of Interstate 20 and Sigman Road at about 9:30 A.M. Upon arriving at the road block, he was advised by the uniformed officer on the scene (name unrecalled) that a free lance photographer had arrived at the road block and offered - in the photographic work regarding the recovery. stated to the best of his recollection, the individual wv n foot a with him an extensive amount of camera equipment. specifically recalls a black shoulder bag, believed to contain camera equipment and an expensi ooking camera with a fairly good sized lene on it.
