Result of examinations Q90 and 091 were searched in the Anonymous Letter File but no association with any material contained in this file could be made. Copies of 090 and Q91 have been added to this file for future reference. The questioned writing on 090 and 091 was compared with the questioned writing on previously received letters in this case, but no positive association between 090, Q91 and the previously submitted material could be established. It is noted, however, the 933 envelope is a business reply envelope of the Danbury Mint, Norwalk, Connecticut, and the Q90 envelope is also a business reply envelope. The obliterated writing in the return address area of the 090 envelope could not be read in its entirety or with certainty; however, a partial interpretation of the obliterated writing on this envelope may be as follows: . abuse ees \..
