VUairtim! had ent i Victim's body suffered extensive water damage from an estimated 5 to 14 days in the river. Victim was identified through fingerprint comparisons at the Atlanta Police Department (APD). The records of the APD revealed that victim has used alias of Nathaniel Carter and was further described as follows: DOB 5/29/53: height, five feet eleven inches; weight, 146 pounds; FBI # 784 476 J3. An autopsy performed by the Fulton County Medical Examiner on 5/25/81, determined cause of death was ligature strangulation. No miss- ing person report had been received by the APD prior to recovery of the body. Cater has been added to the Task Force list of murdered and/or missing residents of the City of Atlanta, Georgia.
