but consider the available evidence:
1) <All the victims died by asphyxiation, but few or none
of the bodies showed any sign of a struggle, and none Fad been
strangled,
2) All of the victims were either children or very slightly-
built adults.

The murderer probably at one time was able to either buy |
or steal a large-sized decompression chamber from a dog pound or
humane society. These large-sized units are made to be able to
hold large breeds of cogs, lite German Shepards or St. Bernards,
so one would be of sufficient size to hold a child or small aduit,
but probably not a normal adult. It would be a simple matter to
alter the appearance of the machine, by painting it or obscurring
parts of {t, so as to make it look like, say, a washing machine
or a cement mixer to untrained eyes. The murderer might meet the
child at a street corner, ask if he wants to make twenty dollars
for five minutes! work, and thus induce him to get in the car with
him. He would explain, for exanole, that he accidently dropped his
wedding band in his washing machine, and now can't get it out
Because he is to big to reach inside. All the child would have tc f
do to earn the money is crawl inside and vick up the ring. Since 2
the child willingly enters the machine, no struggle takes slace.
