Speciren 030 consists of a light violet, atriated, lustrous acetate fiber. Specimen Q31 consists of a green nylon fiber of variable cross section. This fiber does not exhibit the appearance of a trilobal rug fiber; however, the possibility that it’ originates from a rug or carpet cannot be eliminated. Epecimen Q32 consists of a light yellow trilobal nylon fiber of the type frequently encountered in rugs or carpets. The aforementioned fibers are suitable for future microscopic comparisons with suspect sources. ‘bre
