NH 74-603 For info of AT, , | the interviewee of the en- closed FD-302, has been advised that the handling of any fu- ture similar notes should be minimized and that such notes LIC should be immediately placed in a protective envelope. advised that he would comply and that he would immediately contact the FBI upon the receipt of any future similar con- munications. Request of the Laboratory, DS Tne DS is requested to do the following with the en- closed note: 1. Analyze hand printing for revelations about writer. 2. Compare hand printing with samples previously sub- mitted or to be submitted in this case. 3. To extent possible, identify age of paper. 4. To extent possible, identify writing instrument. 5. To extent possible, identify ink. 6. Photograpvh note for future comparisons (See #2 above}; forward note to ID-LFPS; and send results of above testing to office of origin with info copies to NH and Cleve- land. Request of ID-LFPS The ID-LFPS is requested to process the enclosed en- velope and the note received from the DS for latent fingerprints; to compare any fingerprints developed with those of suspects in this case and other unidentified fingerprints in this case; and . to hold any fingerprints developed for future comparisons with those of suspects and other unidentified submissions. The ID-LFPS is requested to send the note, the envelope and the results of its testing to the office of origin, and an info copy of its results to NH and Cleveland. 2
