Result of examination: The unknown voice on specimen 02 and the known voices of GEER on specimen Kl, QR on specimens K2 and K4 and on specimens K3 and K4 were subjected to spectrographic (voiceprint) examination, which revealed spectral and aural dissimilarities between the unknown and the three known voices, which are normally associated with different speakers, Voice identification by the spectrographic method is not considered a positive means of speaker identification, and the results of such examinations are furnished for investigative guidance only. bL Page One Continued Over HI) 64
