MAJOR CASE #30;
K IDNAPING
OO: ATLANTA

for several months into the facts surrounding the murdered
and missing children in Atlanta, Georgia. It is felt
that in a mricrity of the cases, there is one subject
utilizing one modus operandi to commit many of these homicides.
