Tranamitted, under separate cover, is one heating tL which above enclosed scrapings WeL.e obtained and vent contains other stains believed to be blood, For the information of the PBI Laboratory, over the past 16 months, 15 black children in the Atlanta area ranging in ages from 7 to 15, have been abducted and/or murdered, Eleven of these children have been located murdered and four are still missing. Two of the 15 children are females and 13 are males. The enclosed pill box, containing above-described scrapings, and the heating vent being submitted under separate cover, were obtained from Apartment $9, 890 West End Avenue, Atlanta.
