Inmate Baumgarten was bleeding profusely from the upper portion of his body. ct OUD es2:2cc1y summoned assistance from de. a Institution staff utilizing the telephone located in 4 immediate area. With the assistance of two oso placed Baumgarten on a stretcher and he was thereafter trans- ported to the Institution hospital. At approximately 9:40 a.m., Baumgarten arrived at the Institution hospital and was provided emergency treat- ment by physicians assistants.
