Numerous results were returned. Based on the search. results, SAEDA is an acronym for Army Regulation 381-12, "Subversion and Espionage Directed Against the United States Army." The search revealed a link to a copy of Regulation 381- 12. A copy of the Regulation is attached to and made part of this document. A review of Regulation 381-12 revealed that all "Department of Army (DA) personnel will receive SAEDA training at least annually" (per Chapter 2, Paragraph 1 of 381-12). 381-12 also details what is considered an SAEDA incident (Chapter 3, Paragraph 1) and how they should be reported (Chapter 3, Paragraph 4). 381-12 includes additional information regarding subversion and espionage activities.
