Amerithrax investigators obtained IVINS' time records for the periods ending August 11, 2001 through December 1, 2001. For the two week time period starting September 9, 2001 and ending September 22, 2001, IVINS' time sheet record indicates that he took four hours of annual leave during day two of week two of the pay: period ending September 22, 2001. Since the pay period started September 9, 2001, day two of week two of the pay period is September 17, 2001.
