Fire and rescue responds to residence. Frederick PD reports unresponsive male found in upstair bathroom. Male identified as BRUCE IVINS found on the bathroom_floor, empty orange drink container on the floor. has history of substance abu specifically his BRUCE was in his bed STeeping, on him again and found him in the bathroom unconscious, not talking, she called 911. BRUCE IVINS observed leaving residence on stretcher. BRUCE IVINS arrives at Frederick Memorial Hospital Emergency Services Department via ambulance. b6 [ _} 46 Blue Civic driven by[ sd makes left turn off of 7th St circa shopping center containing CVS, Bank of America, and Starbucks. :50A [arrives at Frederick Memorial Hospital - enters the same carrying what appears to be a paperback book. 2:15A , Frederick PD report BRUCE IVINS will be admitted, he had to be paralyzed and a breathing tube was inserted, po possibly some sort of overdose.
