He stated that he has not had an roblems with IVINS nor . has he had any problems withL___] or advised that he occasionally finds himself laughing to himself regarding IVINS because of IVINS''s lack of exercise technique and his overall workout appearance. He explained that IVINS would often come in to the fitness center and work out on the treadmill dressed in his work boots and dark socks as well as his entire work clothes [__] advised that he recalled an incident that took place approximately a year ago involving IVINS and an unknown former Navy Seal or Marine.[-~— ]recalied that IVINS came storming out of the sauna one day alleging that an individual whom IVINS was sharing the sauna with was going to kill him. IVINS explained tof] that this individual suddenly became very angry and hostile towards him and threatened to "kick his ass."
