An email dated May 14, 2007, from "Ivins, Bruce E Dr. USAMRIID," referencing a query from IVINS pertaining to who had provided IVINS the paper work he had previously requested regarding what he had submitted in response to previously served subpoenas. 4, Junk Mail addressed to "F. Vins" at "622 Military Rd., Frederick, MD 21702-8243." Attached hereto and considered part of this document are photocopies of item numbers (#) 1-5.
