IVINS came into his office to see what was missing, he became upset, and he left to go back home. CHS opined it was very likely that IVINS saw the subpoena return on his desk; however, CHS had no idea as to why he left it there or even if he really saw it. Since his last interview with the FBI, IVINS has on occasion spontaneously declared at work, "I could never intentionally kill or hurt someone." ++
