He occasionally sees him in the basement corridors and is described as an older male, approximately five feet, seven inches tal t a half inch ull beard growth. He also mentioned, a resident of who walks the parking lot during the day for exercise. said he is in his early 60's, mentally slow, and walks slowly and slightly hunched over.
