PS provided the following information: LC _) is for the Detyvick Artments locate est 7th str Plaza A was shown copies o surveillance photos of BRUCE IVINS. He did not recognize IVINS, nor did he recall seeing anyo j his description walking around the apartment complex. did not recall seeing anyone walking through the apartment complex on Sunday, April 20th between 8pm and 10:30pm. recalled seeing a man he did not recognize as being a resident of the apartment complex. He occasionally sees him in the basement corridors and is described as an older male, approximately five feet, seven inches tal t a half inch ull beard growth. He also mentioned, a resident of who walks the parking lot during the day for exercise. said he is in his early 60's, mentally slow, and walks slowly and slightly hunched over. [| advised, he would contact the Reporting Agent if he saw anyone matching IVINS' description walking through the apartment complex.
