On Koverter 22, 1967, a Special Agent of the FEI observed
approximately 14 persons taking part in a silent vigil at the
Federgel] Office Building, Everett, under the sponsorship of the
Everett Committee for a Peaceful Solution in Vietnam (ECPSV), A
reproduction of a leaflet given to passersby is attached. No
‘wembers of any basic revolutionary organization were recognized
in attendance.
