80 _ APPENI Article 6 No person, military or civilian. shall be permitted to cross the visional military demarcation line unless specifically authorized 1 so by the Joint Commussion. Article 7 No person, military or civilian, shall be permitted to enter demilitarized zone except persons concerned with the conduct of administration and relief and persons specifically authorized to by the Joint Commission. Article 8 Civil administration and relicf in the demilitarized zone on ¢ side of the provisional military demarcation line shall be the resp bility of the Commanders-in-Chief of the two partics in their re: tive zones.
