DuBois Clubs of America (DCA) met in Chicago and adopted a Statement of purpose and constitution forming the DCC as an affiliate of the National DCA. The DCC does not have a headquarters in Chicago and is currently utilizing the address of its President, 180é North Cleveland Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, as a temporary headquarters. 4 APPENDIX *
