A communication trom the Jacksonville office of
the Hederal Bureau of Investigation received at San Fran-
cisco on May 2h, 1967, set forth the following information:

in Ruskin, Alabama. 6 said they discussed whether the ANGLIN
brothers had been successful in reaching the mainland follow-
ing their escape, and if they might possibly be alive. He
said this was a continual topic of conversation among the
family inasmuch as they have been repeatedly contacted by the -
FBI at regular intervals. stated, however, that the
family has resolved that the INs must be dead because
they feel sure that otherwise they would have made contact
with some member of the family by this time.
