Cleveland communication dated August 26, 1963 reflected the following: person on the afternoon of Augu » 1963 at the Holland House Restaurant, 3309 Holland - Sylvania Road, Toledo. Same date and advise on August 24, 1963 at about ban 2:30 AM he was listening to his radio at home and heard a description of a person being sought by the FBI. He could not recall the name of the wanted person but did recall a vague description including numerous tattoos. At about 1:00 PM, August 24, 1963. he entered the Holland House Restaurant and observed a person sitting at a booth who bore numerous tattoos. He described the person as male, white, about 38 years, 160 pounds, dark wavy hair, husky build, with a fresh cut above his nose. He was some distance from the person but does recall large type tattoos LIre 50m ee ON SV ee on his upper right arm which he thought could be a skull and dagger. What appeared to be a coiled snake was on this person's lower left arm. He observed this person leaving the restaurant ang saw him enter a 195 [PRN eR TE: four AaAaT hunannadaa 4n aa Mi ahitaan wlaékad Wg Wl LE ti Gior 3 PLL wlils Gil 1G oe 4 oF Investigation at Toledo, Ohio, discloses that at 2:27 AM, August 24, 1963, a taped message was broad- case by. Radio Station WSPD which had previously been prepared by SAC E, E, HARGETT, Cleveland, pertaining to FRANK LEE MORRIS, 10 #3584... On August 26, 1 IO photographs, including ,-— MORRIS, were displayed to nd after studying them Kz he stated that the photo of MORRIS appeared to ri resemble the person he saw on August 24, 1963. by said he could not make a positive identificatio os pane profile photo of MORRIS particularly resembled the person e saw.. - 11% - [370
