At the inception of the interview he was advised that he need not furnish any information and if he did same might be used against him in a court of law. Wa was refe es ye aSL00 38 Me, rove Ts) 1 Wl e advise _the exact dat = =e la t WHEE stated that when he was on the night shift in the main ceil house, his duties were primarily patrolling in the main cell house, taking various inmate counts, passing out cigarettes and mail to inmates, and relaying orders to inmates for their next day's assignments. At approximately 5:30 p.m. each day he would walk through the main cell house and take an inmate count, during which count all of the inmates were required to stand at their respective cell doors. After con- ducting this inmate count, he would distribute mail, medicine and razor blades to the various inmates. At approximately 6:30 p.m. he would pasa out cigarettes to the inmates. At approximately 8:00 p.m. he would complete another count of the inmates; however, the inmates during this count were never reoutreda to stand un or come to the front of their oe ad, ne ee ke nk Se a dt nd ind veow aon cells, but this was merely a visual observance account as he walked by their cell doors.
