He stated he rode with this individual only a short time, and got out of the car where U. S. Highways 78 . and 278 0 Vlas 5 East of Avondale Estates on the outskirts ; of Atlanta. said he was picked up about 11:00 or 12:00 p.m., but, could not recall the gate. He said several days - thereafter he saw a photograph of the three escapees in a | Magazine, and felt that one of them resembled the individual : who had given him a ride. Photographs of the escape ere mingled with photographs of other individuals, and ae was unable to make any positive identifiction.
