In some instances teletypes received, although not indicating the atatus, could well be considered complete and RUC. The same would hold true for airtels and letters. To preclude double reporting of information and to — - 4nsure that this matter is expeditiously investigated and reported, each office 1s to submit the results of the investi- gation conducted in the form of an insert to the San Francisco Office or by report. : In certain instances offices have indicated by tele- type or airtel that the matter is RUC in their office; however, these offices are requested to review their files in this matter and to submit the results of their investigation in accordance with the above request.
