In a Letter dsted June 2, 1950, Walter a Logan,
Vice-Fresident and General Counsel, Federal Reserve 6: nk
of Mmectork, New Yerk City, enclosed a white erivelope

The FBI laboratory in a report dated June 19,
1950 concluded that the typewriting on the envelopes was
prepared by the s2ne typewriter. The typewriting appear-
