During the tnterview, Fuchs was yuesttoned regarding
his acquaintances and asseciates in the United States. i”
reference to Professor Albert Finstein, Fuchs said that he
never met Professor Einstein. He said that he knew of no
activity on the part of Einstein in his behalf. He knew of
no Communist or espionage activities on the part of Einstein.
