to End Lynchine included: (1) to demand the apprehension and
punishment cf ali iwnchers; (2) to demand fpassace of a Federal
anti-lynching law; and (3) to request the remeval of Senator
Theodore Bilto. Dr. Albert Rinstein had been selected to act
as co-chairmen with Faul Robeson of the Crusade, which was to
hoid a rally in Washington, D. C. on September 23, yohe. (Source
