Weinberg was employed with the Theoretical Group at the Radiation Laboratory at the University of California, working on the 4 D.S.M. project. On March 29, 1543, Weinberg gave Steve helee ‘elson, Secretary, Communist Party of «Alameda County, and an ui cperative of the Comintern Apparatus, information concerning t' t the basic conceptions behind the D.5. Weinberg for the month of Pebruary, 1943, compiled from various detailed reports on file in that office, was. set out.
