I ba informed the Colonel that the fingerprint card reporting Capone's ~ incereerztion in the Atlante Penitentiary gave his date of birth =~ as Januery 17, 1899. I told Colonel Getes I could not vouch for _— the accuracy of this date and suggested he might want to make ~ further inquiries.
