Dear Sir, :
TI am forwarding, here-i th, a letter printed by the Phila sLpnia
"Deily News" in its igsue of “ovember 24, 1939. It appears that the
letter relating to Al Caporg is without any justification and the
person writing same wasyn avere of the true facte, and that, like-
wise, the editor of cy ladelphia "Daily News" was not aware of
the fact that this Bur had no part in the release of Al Capone.
It is respectfully suggested that the editor of this paper
be communicated with and advised of the fe situation. The pres-
ident and editor of this newspaper is Leo{Elimaler, Philadelphia,
Fennsylva ‘ia.
Very truly yours,
CG Llathku ~
