Reference is made to the 27, 1936 transmitting photostakic four pages of the typewritten Atlanta renitentiary", togeth written letter addressed t April 29, 1935, and signed "Fv™Barrett”; a/fphotostatic copy of a typewritten letter addressed to Mr. R. fickam, dated May 10, 1935, and signed "F. Barrett"; and numerous photostatic copies of newspaper clippings regarding Al Capone; prisoners’ photographs, and prison records of the United States Penitentiary at Atlanta, Georgia. wat AS requested the typewriting appearing on the photostatic copies of the "Biography of Al Capone's Life in Atlanta Penitentiary” was compared with the typewriting on the photostatic coples of the letters from F. Barrett to Real Detective Story Magazine and Mr. R. W. Mickam and the examiner finds thet these three specimens were written on the same typewriter which is a Royal equipped with Elite type. The typewriting on none of the other specimens submitted is similar to the typewriting in the Biography or on the letters signed "F. Barrett”.
