I also am the boy that taught 4] to play tennis. Well what I wanted to tell you ia that I am serving | years in the Mississippi State Pen. I got this time after I isft Atlanta last year in August. Well as you may know the Government is trying to put a charge against Al for bribing some of the officials in Atlanta. Also having con- traband money inside of the walls, so they want to take Al's good time away fron him so the Government has sent a Special Agent over here four times to see me and try to get me to give them 4 signed statement against Al that I used his money while I was in Atlanta the Gov. has offered to help me out if I would sign the statement against Al and some of the officials. But I wont sign nothing against no one for I am not 4 man of that caliber and never was as Al will tell you. Now Mrs. Capone I do wish you would send Ralph or John orer here or one of Als attorneya so I can give him or them a statement in Ale behalf for something had better be don about if or I am afraid that Al will loose all of his good time.
