In these atatements they fail to implicate the men under investigation with anything that would be concrete evidence to preset before the Grand Jury. Shreiberg, Tony Romano and a man named Rubin are in the produce business and I have been given to understand that Shraiberg and Ruben conduct a firm known as the Northern Fruit & Produce Go. , With an office at 1423 South Racine Avenue, phone Roosevelt 3156. In the handling of this matter by Sergts.
