Type of cage involved: ANTI-RACKETEERING (Top Hoodlum) F Connection or atatus of subject in the case: ZWILLMAN's close associate HERMAN "RED" COHEN operates Supreme Beverage Co. ZWILLMAN visits COHEN's office regularly during business hours. There is excellent possibility that COHEN is a “front" for ZWILLMAN in this enterprise. Specific information being sought: Whether ZWILLMAN is the actual owner of and receiving income from Supreme Beverage Co. and/or General Truck Sales Corp. (a GMC Truck Dealership). Also, whether he is conducting illegal activities in connection with these businesses. COHEN has recently "bought out” ZWILLMAN's interest in the truck agency as a result of pressure from General Motors Corp. Reasons for believing the specific information will te obtained by the technical surveillance: ZWILLMAN and COHEN lose associates and confer several bID 10. Importance of case and subject: ZWILLMAN is generally regarded as most powerful underworld figure in New Jersey and of first rank in national underworld prestige.
