ZWILLMAN admitted knowing DELMOPRE for eight or
nine years and he #dvised that he operated the Berkeley
Heights Read Hovee in Union County. He stated DELMORE is
a known gambling operctor, but that he would not attempt tc
interfer? wits the business in Newark, He stated DELMORE
operated his own gambling business in Union County and that
the Thicd Ward mob in Newark had very littie dealings with
him, DELMOKRE is approximately 70 years of age end there is
no informaticn that he is currently active in criminal
circles, He hze no criminal record since 1937, except for
Ceportation aztion in 1953 which was dropped in Decamber,
1953, after the United States Circuit Court of Appeals in
Phiiedelphia ruled in DELNOFRE'’s favor. DELMORE appears to
be residing as retired in Long Branch, N.Jd.

Paddock Cabaret in Micmi Beach, Ficrida.
SAM “GAME BOY" MILLER
ZHILLMAN admitted meeting MILLER cn numerous
occasions when visiting Cleveland, Ohio, and other occasions,
and is not #cquainted with his enterprises, He knew MILLER
to be acquainted with BUCHALTER, WOLINSKY and MOE DAVIS,
JGHN J, BRESLIN
(Bergen County Prosecutor, 1938)
ZWILLMAW spoke very highly of BRESLIN, stating
that he knew him and that he was "just another politician
with whom people must keep in touch sonetimes," ZHILULMAN
would not commit himself as to his association with BFESLIN.
ZWILIMAN stated that BR&SLIN was considered a "reg lar
fellow," and commented ho had been in the Prosecutur's Office
