#346333, who in the early part of 1956 went to trial before
Federal Judge REYNIER J; WORTENDYKE, JR., in U. 8. District
Court, Newark, on charge s of evading income taxes in 1947 and
1948. The jury failed to agree and Was dismissed February 29,
